Founded in 2012, Sahara Hotel was born from a simple dream: to create a dining destination in Ahmedabad where every guest feels like royalty. Nestled in the vibrant Galaxy Plaza on CG Road, we have grown from a small family kitchen into one of Ahmedabad's most celebrated culinary addresses.

Our founder believed that food is the universal language of love. That philosophy is alive in every dish we craft — from the first bite of our smoky Paneer Tikka to the final spoon of our golden Gulab Jamun. We source the finest ingredients, employ master chefs, and serve with heart.

2012

The Beginning

Sahara Hotel opened its doors at Shop No. 12, Galaxy Plaza, CG Road with just 30 seats and a dream to serve authentic Indian cuisine with a modern soul. The response from Ahmedabad was overwhelmingly warm.

2015

First Major Expansion

Following incredible demand, we expanded our seating capacity to 120 guests, introduced a dedicated private dining room for events, and launched our full catering services for weddings and corporate functions.

2018

Award Recognition

Sahara Hotel was honoured with the "Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Ahmedabad" by Ahmedabad Times Food Awards, cementing our place as the city's premium culinary destination.

2021

Digital Transformation

We launched our digital menu, online reservation system, and home delivery service during the post-pandemic era, ensuring our guests could enjoy Sahara's flavours from the comfort of their homes.

2024

The Next Chapter
